Graziella Welsh, Sctoland RLDOGraziella was born in Brazil and has been living in Scotland since 2005.  She has worked at Scottish Water for the last 12 years, the last 4 years in a Learning and Development role. In 2017, Graziella completed an MSc in Human Resource Management at Strathclyde University and during her degree realised that Learning & Development was the area that she mostly enjoyed. Graziella’s husband is from Glasgow and she has 2 girls. During her spare time she really enjoys cooking and spending quality time with her family outdoors.
