Coaching Programme

We believe that for officers, Territorial Envoys, and employees of The Salvation Army, mission is at the heart of all that they do. This however can come at a cost as well as present regular challenges that can stretch all of us. We believe that coaching will provide a safe space to reflect and explore the issues and next steps. The coaching relationships will provide the coachee with support, encouragement, challenge and accountability from a qualified coach.

Our coaching will strive to:

  • be embedded in, and framed by the Word of God
  • adhere to appropriate professional standards and best practice
  • include mutual respect and accountability
  • be grounded in the values of our faith
