The Level 5 Women in Leadership Apprenticeship is designed for women in both operational and strategic management roles, who lead teams or projects and are accountable for delivering key organisational objectives.
Fully aligned to the Operations Manager Level 5 standard, this programme offers a tailored curriculum that addresses the unique challenges women face in leadership. Through expert coaching, peer support, and practical learning, you’ll strengthen your leadership presence, expand your strategic thinking, and build the confidence to lead with impact. This is your opportunity to grow, inspire, and shape the future of leadership in your own way.

Requirements
You must complete and submit a WBC Apprenticeship Application to seek approval for this apprenticeship.
This apprenticeship is currently fully funded for individuals who live in England or who physically work in England for at least 50% of their time. However, WBC is committed to promoting equal opportunities and will consider applications from those outside this funding criteria, particularly where there is a clear benefit to the individual and alignment with the purpose of the Women in Leadership Apprenticeship.
