Women In Leadership Level 3
Are you a woman stepping into a leadership role or ready to take that next bold step? The Women in Leadership Level 3 Apprenticeship is designed to empower and support women who are working in or preparing for a first-line management position.
Fully aligned to the Level 3 Team Leader standard, this programme offers a tailored curriculum that addresses the unique challenges women face in leadership. Through expert guidance, peer support, and practical learning, you’ll build the confidence, skills and mindset to lead with authenticity, resilience and impact. This is more than an apprenticeship – it’s a powerful opportunity to grow, inspire and shape the future of leadership.
Learning Outcomes
The programme covers all the knowledge and skills required within the Team Leader Apprenticeship standard, while also supporting learners in a range of challenges faced by female leaders, including topics such as:
- Overcoming self-doubt
- Inspiring and nurturing future talent
- Conflict management
- Overcoming imposter syndrome
- Harnessing the strengths of varied perspectives
- Championing equity, diversity and inclusivity
- Meaning and impactful communication
- Amplifying your voice
- Channelling passion and assertiveness
Requirements
You must complete and submit a WBC Apprenticeship Application to seek approval for this apprenticeship.
This apprenticeship is currently fully funded for individuals who live in England or who physically work in England for at least 50% of their time. However, WBC is committed to promoting equal opportunities and will consider applications from those outside this funding criteria, particularly where there is a clear benefit to the individual and alignment with the purpose of the Women in Leadership Apprenticeship.
