Customer Service Level 2 Apprenticeship

Requirements

To start the apprenticeship, learners must:

  • Be employed in a role with significant management responsibility, such as leading teams, projects or departments.
  • Have the opportunity within their role to demonstrate leadership and management at a strategic level.

There are no formal academic entry requirements. Learners may be required to work towards Essential Skills Wales qualifications as part of the apprenticeship, if not already achieved.

Length of programme
