Management Level 3 Apprenticeship
The Management Level 3 Apprenticeship is designed to develop aspiring and existing managers who are responsible for leading teams and delivering operational success. The apprenticeship focuses on building practical management skills, including planning, decision-making, problem-solving and supporting team performance. Delivered through a combination of on-the-job learning and structured training, the programme enables learners to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to manage people, resources and processes effectively within a range of organisations.

Requirements
To start the apprenticeship, learners must:
- Be employed in a role that includes responsibility for supervising, guiding or supporting others.
- Have sufficient opportunity within their job role to develop and demonstrate team-leading skills.
There are no formal academic entry requirements. Learners may be required to achieve Essential Skills Wales qualifications as part of the apprenticeship, if not already achieved.
Length of programme
The Management Level 3 Apprenticeship typically takes 17 months to complete, depending on the learner’s role, experience and pace of achievement.
