The ‘ILM Level 5 Certificate in Coaching’ course is designed for the delegate to learn the skills and structures to be able to coach to a high standard, during both planned and impromptu coaching sessions.

SVQ 3 Social Services and Healthcare (Scotland only)

BA (Hons) Applied Theology Youth and Community Work with JNC

Our Applied Theology, Youth and Community Work degree has been designed to give you a firm foundation on which to build. It will equip you to serve God in practical and relevant ways in dynamic youth work contexts.

Diploma of Higher Education Applied Theology (Youth Studies)

Two year programme that equips you to work with young people from the foundation of a strong grasp of the Bible and a deep insight into the key issues facing young people today.

Level 4 Certificate in Professional Development (Youth Work Leadership and Management)

This qualification supports the skills and knowledge learners need to become a competent Youth Support Worker.

Community Managers’ Conference
The conference provides a learning environment to help equip Community Managers and those in similar roles to engage with their local communities, mirroring best practice. Providing an opportunity to network and learn from other’s practice.
Whole Life Discipleship Training

It is offered via the Frontline Conference, but in February it will be part of the Mission Conference. There are three streams: (1) Introduction (2) Whole-Life Preaching (3) Whole-Life Worship.

There is no resource that is directly related to this specific suite of training courses, but the organisations that are behind the training are the London Institute for Contemporary Christianity and Engage Worship. 

Communities of practice
Communities of Practice can accelerate professional development across an organisation, break down silos that exist, enable the sharing of knowledge and the building of better practice. They can also help build better teams and happier more motivated people. We can work with you in several ways; from delivering a workshop on what a Community of Practice is, to supporting you in the design and facilitating of a new Community of Practice.

TSA’s Coaching programme provides a safe space to reflect and explore topics/ issues and next steps. FORGE is a nine month intentional course to develop missional leadership and practice. Integral to the course are the group coaching sessions to help individuals with their missional practice.

ACCESSIBLE PROPHECY

Is a twelve month course of 24 x 1 hour sessions aiming to develop the prophetic gifting in individuals. This is done through small huddles of 3-4, giving teaching, practice and coaching in the prophetic.

To Serve course
To Serve is a course designed for people exploring Salvation Army soldiership. It aims to equip soldiers, motivated by Christian faith, inspired by history and dedicated to changing the world with love, innovation and service to God and others. Through 16 sessions the course helps recruits understand and apply The Salvation Army’s doctrines, encouraging them in their discipleship and in their faith.
Terrain
A year-long immersive discipleship course for 18 to 25-year-olds, specifically exploring the life of Jesus through the four gospels.
Foundations: Growing in Leadership

This unit, Foundations: Growing in Leadership, introduces students to key approaches in self-management, leadership and teamwork for Christian mission and ministry. The unit provides an introduction to models and practices that will enable students to develop as reflective Christian leaders.

PIONEER BITESIZE
Exploring the history, vision and pioneering movement of the Salvation Army. It is an introduction to pioneering and the Salvation Army, how the SA started as a pioneering movement, how the SA is pioneering today and encouraging those doing the course to think what and how they could be pioneering.
