SVQ 3 Social Services and Healthcare (Scotland only)

The course offers a deep dive into the essential aspects of the industry, enabling you to enhance your expertise and contribute significantly to your workplace. The course covers a wide range of topics relevant to the social services and healthcare sector.

SVQ 4 Social Services & Healthcare (Scotland only)

Learners will gain an international recognised qualification which guarantees that they have the skills, knowledge and abilities required to carry out their role successfully.

Community Managers’ Conference

The conference provides a learning environment to help equip Community Managers and those in similar roles to engage with their local communities, mirroring best practice. Providing an opportunity to network and learn from other’s practice.

Whole Life Discipleship Training

It is offered via the Frontline Conference, but in February it will be part of the Mission Conference. There are three streams: (1) Introduction (2) Whole-Life Preaching (3) Whole-Life Worship.

Street-Based Youth Work
An online network for those exploring or already engaging in the lives of young people beyond the walls of their building. Foundational training sessions and guidelines are available, as well as specific training topics to equip you in this area of ministry: Mission / Outreach / Safeguarding and Managing Risk.
Territorial Justice & Reconciliation Youth Forum
For 14-25 year-olds from across the UK and Ireland to speak into and lead on issues of justice and reconciliation within The Salvation Army.
Communities of practice

Communities of Practice can accelerate professional development across an organisation, break down silos that exist, enable the sharing of knowledge and the building of better practice. They can also help build better teams and happier more motivated people. We can work with you in several ways; from delivering a workshop on what a Community of Practice is, to supporting you in the design and facilitating of a new Community of Practice.

FORGE

FORGE is a nine month intentional course to develop missional leadership and practice. Integral to the course are the group coaching sessions to help individuals with their missional practice.
