MAKING DECISIONS

Team Leader/Supervisor Apprenticeship Level 3

First line management training, for those new into management or wanting to move into a management position.

Operations or departmental Manager Level 5

For those who manage teams and/or projects who wish to gain formal management training or further develop their leadership and management skills, knowledge, and behaviours.

Senior Leader Level 7

For those who have responsibility for strategic leadership and direction relating to their area of work. The apprenticeship provides learning to further their skills, knowledge and behaviours within their role.

Faith Based Leadership Level 7

For those senior and emerging senior leaders from across a variety of faiths, from faith-based organisations and from governmental and non-governmental organisations that deal with faith-based issues as part of their everyday life.

Community Managers’ Conference

The conference provides a learning environment to help equip Community Managers and those in similar roles to engage with their local communities, mirroring best practice. Providing an opportunity to network and learn from other’s practice.

Whole Life Discipleship Training

It is offered via the Frontline Conference, but in February it will be part of the Mission Conference. There are three streams: (1) Introduction (2) Whole-Life Preaching (3) Whole-Life Worship.

FORGE

FORGE is a nine month intentional course to develop missional leadership and practice. Integral to the course are the group coaching sessions to help individuals with their missional practice.

ACCESSIBLE PROPHECY

Is a twelve month course of 24 x 1 hour sessions aiming to develop the prophetic gifting in individuals. This is done through small huddles of 3-4, giving teaching, practice and coaching in the prophetic.

Coaching Programme

TSA’s Coaching programme provides a safe space to reflect and explore topics/ issues and next steps. The programme offers 6 x 1:1 coaching sessions with an internal, accredited coach who will provide support, encouragement, challenge and accountability to help you maximise your potential and achieve your goals.

Future Learn: Management of Uncertainty: Leadership Decisions and Action Level 7

Develop greater leadership skills and learn to make effective decisions in conditions of radical uncertainty.

Negotiation

Approach negotiations with confidence and come to agreements that benefit everyone involved.

Strategic Thinking (for Managers)

Think holistically to come up with creative solutions and make better decisions.

Q2 Culture

How to create a “Quadrant 2” culture of preparation and prioritization, where you focus on the most important things and not just the urgent things.

Emotional Intelligence (for Managers)

Understand your own and others’ emotions to improve effectiveness and well-being.

Accountability (for Managers)

Set clear standards and hold yourself and others to them.

Once you have a complete understand of the problem and its drivers, you need to decide how to handle it. As before, you can choose to ignore it, delay action or try a quick fix. For more severe issues, this article shares two additional options.

This course aims to introduce Christian Spiritual Formation. Throughout the 6 lessons it provides information, and asks for learner participation, to explore some historical, biblical, and contemporary concepts which are also related to the learner’s personal experience and/or ministry.

Open Learning Course: Exploring Christian heritage

This course aims to introduce you to the writing of people who have had an important influence on Christian spirituality over the centuries. You will also be encouraged to reflect on how what they have shared can help you in the development of your faith, and in supporting others on their faith journey.

Faith-based facilitation

Faith-Based Facilitation (FBF) is a way of helping people think, talk, explore and respond to their issues in the light of faith. FBF is a process that uses specific tools to help people enjoy deeper, healthier relationships. The process is based on The Pastoral Cycle, which is widely used to help people of faith in their work. We are able to offer training in developing the skills necessary to facilitate this process or come alongside you in partnership to deliver a FBF workshop in a specific setting.

PIONEER ASSESSMENT

The Pioneer Assessment affirms an individual’s journey and desire to pioneer. It also ascertains what kind/type of pioneer they are.

Generous Discipleship
