MAKING DECISIONS
Team Leader/Supervisor Apprenticeship Level 3
First line management training, for those new into management or wanting to move into a management position.
Operations or departmental Manager Level 5
For those who manage teams and/or projects who wish to gain formal management training or further develop their leadership and management skills, knowledge, and behaviours.
Senior Leader Level 7
For those who have responsibility for strategic leadership and direction relating to their area of work. The apprenticeship provides learning to further their skills, knowledge and behaviours within their role.
Community Managers’ Conference
The conference provides a learning environment to help equip Community Managers and those in similar roles to engage with their local communities, mirroring best practice. Providing an opportunity to network and learn from other’s practice.
Whole Life Discipleship Training
It is offered via the Frontline Conference, but in February it will be part of the Mission Conference. There are three streams: (1) Introduction (2) Whole-Life Preaching (3) Whole-Life Worship.
FORGE
FORGE is a nine month intentional course to develop missional leadership and practice. Integral to the course are the group coaching sessions to help individuals with their missional practice.

ACCESSIBLE PROPHECY
Is a twelve month course of 24 x 1 hour sessions aiming to develop the prophetic gifting in individuals. This is done through small huddles of 3-4, giving teaching, practice and coaching in the prophetic.

Coaching Programme
TSA’s Coaching programme provides a safe space to reflect and explore topics/ issues and next steps. The programme offers 6 x 1:1 coaching sessions with an internal, accredited coach who will provide support, encouragement, challenge and accountability to help you maximise your potential and achieve your goals.

PIONEER ASSESSMENT
The Pioneer Assessment affirms an individual’s journey and desire to pioneer. It also ascertains what kind/type of pioneer they are.
(The pioneer assessment process is outlined in the Pioneer & FX Guidebook). Delivered online via Zoom or Teams. One full day with some pre-assessment preparation and work required.
